Use | Application 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazoline bis (trifluoromethyl sulfonyl) imine is an imidazole ionic liquid. Imidazole ionic liquids have low viscosity and high conductivity, and their conductivity can reach 10-2S/cm, so they are widely used. The ionic liquid of bis-trifluoromethylsulfonimide, due to the strong delocalization of the negative charge of the fluorine substituent, weakens the hydrogen bonding effect of bis-trifluoromethylsulfonimide, and has low viscosity, low melting point, High conductivity and other advantages, so bis-trifluoromethylsulfonimide has become an anion widely studied. The ionic liquid composed of imidazole as cation and difluoromethyl sulfonylimide as anion combines the advantages of the two and has a good application prospect in lithium ion batteries. |

1., 200g of diethyl sulfate is added dropwise to the toluene solution of 1-methylimidazole (118g of 1-methylimidazole and 400g of toluene), cooled in an ice bath and operated in a nitrogen atmosphere to ensure that the reaction temperature is between 20 ℃ and 30 ℃. The ionic liquid formed by the reaction makes the solution turbid from clarification to turbidity. After dropping, stirring at room temperature for 2 hours and then standing for stratification, 309g of crude 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole ethyl sulfate was obtained.
2. was washed with toluene three times to obtain 289g of relatively pure 1-ethyl -3-methylimidazole ethyl sulfate. it was distilled under reduced pressure on a rotary evaporator for 1h at a temperature of 60 ℃ to remove residual toluene. finally, it was dried in a vacuum drying oven at 80 ℃ for 24h to obtain 280g of 1-ethyl -3-methylimidazole ethyl sulfate finished product with a detected purity of 99.9%.
3., 200g of 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium ethyl sulfate, 243g of lithium difluoromethylsulfonylimide and 500g of pure water were put into a reaction kettle, the temperature was raised to 60 ℃, the reaction was stirred for 2h, and the phase was separated by standing to obtain 335g of crude 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazoline bis (trifluoromethylsulfonyl) imine.
4. 1-ethyl -3-methyl imidazoline bis (trifluoromethyl sulfonyl) imine crude product was washed three times with pure water to obtain 312g of relatively pure 1-ethyl -3-methyl imidazoline bis (trifluoromethyl sulfonyl) imine, which was distilled under reduced pressure on a rotary evaporator for 2 hours, kept at a temperature of 80 ℃, removed most of the water, and finally dried in a vacuum drying oven at 110 ℃ for 12 hours, the target product 1-ethyl -3-methyl imidazoline bis (trifluoromethyl sulfonyl) imide finished product 301g was obtained.
